Cabins consists of a king log bed in loft, queen log bed in bedroom on the main floor, and a king log bed with a couch in the lower level.

All rooms and cabins are subject to a 6% sales tax and a 2% lodging tax.

2 night minimum on motel rooms
3 night minimum on log cabins

1 month cancellation policy in effect for cabins and 2 weeks cancellation policy for motel rooms.

Refund on cabins within 1 month is 50% of rental amount unless cabins can be rented to other parties on your cancelled dates, less a $100 fee. $300 deposit required and rental fees to be paid in full 1 month prior to reservation date. There is a mandatory $50 cleaning fee deducted from your deposit. Deposit does not apply to rental fee. Renter is responsible for any damage to cabins.

Cancellation after 30 days will receive no refunds but cancellations after 60 days will receive only 50%.

Cabins consist of full kitchens furnished with all cooking utensils. Full bathroom, linen for beds, televisions and DVD players in lower levels, linen for baths, decks on front and back, back decks have no stairs and are safe for children. Decks have log rockers in front and more log seating in the back. Webber grilles are provided with each cabin along with charcoal and fluid. Just bring your own beach towels for the beach and outdoor pool. Smoking is not permitted inside cabins but is permitted outside and on decks. Pets are indeed truly loved but are not allowed on the premises.

Property is 2 ½ miles west of downtown New Buffalo. Beautiful beaches and sunsets over Lake Michigan and Chicago skyline are our town's trademark. Boating, golfing, biking, Warren Dunes, Mount Baldy and the National Dunes are with a 10-15 minute drive (both east and west of us). We are located in between Blue Chip Casino (along with the Lighthouse Place Outlet Mall) and the anticipated opening of the land based Four Winds Casino due to open the summer of 2007.
